Rent a room in Haltom City

Hi I’m Trevin!I’m looking for a roommate who would like to take over my friend’s room. She was wanting to move back in with her parents to save money, which is now leaving me stuck without a roomie and i sadly can’t afford this alone. SO, now I’m just looking for a genuine person who would wanna the room. First things first i guess would be to “introduce” myself…As we know, Hi Im Trevin. I’m 24, iv been in the apartment for 2ish years now and it’s actually been a good place to live, it’s has its moments of bad but every place does. Also im NOT a bad roommate, I promise lol. Just hit out in a f**ked up situation and now making the best out of it. I’m very laid back and fun, while also being very understanding and open minded about things. I always pay my half and clean up after myself. I do have a dog (Maggie) and a cat (Valentine), there are the sweetest pets and NOT aggressive. There basically my children and I treat them as such lol. They mainly free roam unless im not here and then they’re in my room. Overall I’m friendly, pet friendly, and LGBT+ friendly (obviously) as I am a gay man, so don’t be scared girlies, I respect honesty above all else and believe solely in As Above, So Below.As for the apartment it’s self, eveything is already furnished and decorated. I also added pictures of my room so you can get a sense of what I’m about lol. Overall everything like kitchen and living area are shared and if you’d like to remodel/ redecorate it that’s totally cool with me. I do have the master room since my name is on the lease atm, so the bedroom I’m renting out would be the guest bedroom which will give you the main bathroom as yours. Which you can do whatever with it. If you’re interested and would like to talk more about it just hit me up ASAP! I’m taking 1st to come and 1st to pay.
