2 bed 2 bath. I’m very clean and stick to myself. I don’t ask for much just keep common spaces clean. The closets shown will be available to you. I have two cats they’re friendly and sleep most of the time. NO KIDS. Rent is $1,200 even, with no extra portion for utilities or non rent costs. Text me for more pics and info. There’s a living room I don’t use much and balcony. A parking space and garage. I don’t drive so both are available for parking. In unit laundry. The couch in the living room is mine but I rarely use the room. I don’t have many belongings outside of my room so most common spaces are open to be used. Room is not furnished, it’s just old roommates furniture pictured, bed is king size for reference of room size. I have two full mattresses with no bed frame that can be used if desired but no other furniture items.The complex has two pools/hot tubs as well as a small gym!
