I would prefer one roommate for a year long lease. I have two friendly cats already, so preferably no pets. Monthly rent + utilities is $750 each, and we'll split the internet. The Apartment is a spacious 1,000sqft two bed two bath on the second of two floors. Includes dishwasher. Shared kitchen. Lots of closet space. Safe area.The current lease ends Oct 31st.
