Rent 2 bedroom house in Vista

I live in a two bedroom duplex. I am only home half the week but on the days I stay there I also have my 2 kids who will be at the house. They may be using the living room space at night to sleep, but when they’re not home the living room should be free to use before 9/10pm. For this reason I would like a roommate that I feel safe being around my kids even if you don’t interact much. The home is under my mom’s name and she uses the outside of the house for storage. Aside from that I am a friendly person, I work full time and keep busy with hobbies. I would like to live with someone who is kind and respectful.
