Hello! I am looking for a roommate/s starting Nov 1st. The bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet. The living area is furnished with a couch, TV, coffee and dining table. The apartment comes with all amenities which includes gym, pool, club house, scenic lake, walking trail and a pet spa. This apartment is close to various prime locations like UCF and Waterford Lakes Town Center. Rent: $1090Unit: 2bed/2bathLocation: Rexford ApartmentsDuration: Long or Short Term (I have lease until Feb 2025 which can be extended)Utilities: Electricity+Water+Wifi+Trash+ Concierge (Roughly between $150-$200 which will be equally divided)I work full time from home and am looking for an organized, friendly and understanding roommate.
