Rent a room in Idlewild South

Hey, my name is Anthony. I’m 33 and live in a 4 bedroom house with my buddy Carter (23). We are both professionals that do not work remotely. I have a 6 year old dog named Gracie who is house trained, calm and is not allowed on the furniture. I keep the house very clean and ask that you do your part to clean up after yourself. I like being outdoors and hit the mountains and beach frequently. I would prefer no more pets in the house. We are looking to rent out 1 room starting July first. 1 year lease required.
