Rent 3 bedroom house in Laguna Niguel

Roommate Wanted! My fiance and I live in a 3 bedroom , 2 1/2 bath house with a large drive way and decent sized yard in Laguna Niguel. We're looking to rent out our spare bedroom to someone. Rent would be $1500 a month with utilities included. You would get a bedrooms which is roughly 11x11 with a decent sized closet. You would also get your own bathroom and full access to living room, kitchen and backyard You would also get a spot in the driveway and your own refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage that you can use.NO KIDS OR DOGSWe're in our late 40's/early 50's and we have 3 cats.
