Rent 3 bedroom house in Arlington

Looking for s roommate in a 3 bed mobile home u would have your own room and restroom i will let you pick what room out of the 2 available u want judgement free home anyone is welcome Its a child free home just my dog and myself I have a dog so u have to be ok with pets as she free roams the house No exceptions No kids no couples preferred single woman or elderly person i work alot so i am hardly home we will split the bills and have full access to the home washer and dryer kitchen & living room as well must be able to clean up after yourself no excuses very laid back house all i ask is you dont make me me uncomfortable in my home and no hostility when communicating with one another & you keep the open area you use clean and dont bring no drama into our safe space Will give discound on rent if you want to exchange rent for housework and taking care of my dog when im at work You can have guest but no stays longer than 1 night anything more than that i must be notified Out of respect and consideration Will have parking on driveway as well
