Hello! I rent a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo in Orange and I’m looking for a female housemate to move into the master bedroom that my current roommates will vacate at the end of July. August 1st move in date ready. (Or if you work from home and need an office I am willing to discuss moving to the master so you may have the 2 smaller rooms to allow for an office. I am flexible)I work in arts and education so my hours are not constant but I am often gone nights or weekends. The condo is near the Orange Circle & Chapman University.It comes with in unit laundry, a garage, and a small front patio. Pets welcome. Rent: $1800 + utilities Deposit: $1000Lease: 12 months
