Rent a room in Concord

I’m 27 male with a dog and a bearded dragon I’m looking for a roommate to help me finish my lease. Recently single so I’d like to become friends with the person that I live with and fill this empty space. Internet included washer and dryer in house private bathroom with bath and shower. Shared groceries. I’ll do a lot of cooking for the both of us because I enjoy it. Must be kind drama free and respectful. Full reign of the apartment included use of appliances tv couch etc the only thing not furnished will be the room I rent out. Male or female doesn’t matter. The room is currently a n office where I game but will be cleared cleaned and empty by time of move in.
