Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Burbank

Looking for a roommate to live with me (and eventually) my partner in a 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse. Currently, myself and a different roomie are in the space, but she’s leaving in February and my partner will take her place.Your Room:- Bright, MASSIVE, unfurnished master bedroom- Private ensuite full bathroom- Large walk-in closet + large sliding-door closetThe Apartment:- 3 bed / 2.5 bath, spacious, two-story, townhouse style, street-facing apartment (there are only three units in the building)- Central AC / heat- 2-car garage (we rotate who gets to park in it per month)- Washer / dryer in-unit- Stove/oven and dishwasher included. There is currently a fridge, but it’s my roommate’s and may need to be replaced if she takes it- Common areas are mostly furnished but open to seeing what you bring to the space!The Neighborhood:- Burbank hillside. Residential area. Very safe & quiet.- Easy street parking- Close to downtown Burbank. A short drive to Disney, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, and other studios in the area. 10 mins to Burbank airport.About us:- A couple who works in the industry. I (31F) work in new media and keep typical working hours. He (35M) is a freelance sound mixer and works varying days / times- LGBTQ+ friendly- We love board games, trivia, D&D, MtG, theater, video games. On the more low-key side, but may host the occasional game night / chill hang (which you’re welcome to join!)
