Rent 3 bedroom house in Paradise

Looking for roommate to rent out furnished room with walk-in closet. In our 3 bedroom 2&1/2 bathroom home, we have 2 pets:one cat and one dog Two floors, upstairs. Is where all 3 rooms are and a full bath room. This room does not have a private bathroom, Although it is not used by anyone. Most guests use our down stairs bathroom. We have a 2 car garage and 2 car driveway,Our home has a lot of space for storage or outside activities. We have a front patio with a security gate and backyard only accessible through the house.
