It’s a quiet area with respectable neighbors. Already furnished with kitchen table and chairs, couch on the porch area by the washer and dryer. Shoe rack near door and plenty of dishes and cookware. There is also plenty of natural light in the apartment! I am looking to move out in the next couple of months and your house mate will be a 22 year old woman named Pearl. She works 5 days a week and is gone from about 7am-6pm. She also enjoys line dancing and motorcycles in her free time so she is often not home. When she is, she stays to herself in her room usually. I think she’s pretty nice and likeable. We have chats about little work or boy drama after work sometimes so she’s nice to talk to. She doesn’t drink of smoke and is actually vegetarian. I smoke personally, I just usually stay in my room when I do or open the windows by the couch when she’s gone or sleeping just to be respectful. She is also very understanding about living in a shared space. It’s not a big deal to ask each other to remember to wash our dishes or just grab some toilet paper while we’re out or something. She does have a cat named Val. The cat is also very sweet and likes a cuddle sometimes but she is also happy not to bother me. The roommate Pearl, keeps the litter box very clean so the cat has not been an issue. There is also a mini stop right at the end of the block and that can also take to Balboa Park BART station in 3 minutes. The pictures listed are of the available bedroom. It now has my full size bed so you can compare the size of the room to that.
