Our house is located in north Surrey and quite neighborhood area .Our house is near in Guildford shopping mall, Riverside Heights shopping centre, Guildford cinema &recreation, Holly park and near high school & elementary school, 3 mins walk in bus stop, near highway 1.This side suite has own full bath, microwave, small refrigerator , mini kitchenette and has its own entrance and do laundry once a week.We have 2 extra rooms for female only but shared in kitchen and shared washroom and same entrance of the owner and laundry once a week.Another room for female only with own washroom with difference price but shared kitchen and laundry once a weekand entrance same as to owner
