Rent a room in Barcelona

€ 330 Room for rent bills included (electricity, water, gas and internet, household products, toilette paper, salt and sugar...). The apartament is pretty big with a spacious living room with really beautiful city views from the balcony, 2 bathrooms (one full and one smaller), full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utility room and four bedrooms. The respective room has a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, window and will be available starting May 1. We are looking for someone friendly, responsible, fairly clean and organized (in terms of common sense) and to respect the rules of the house are not many. Here are young boys and girls, students and workers. 4 people will be total. The apartment is right next to the subway called Marina L1, near to Bogatel L4. There is tram, Bicing, many buses that pass through Calle Marina and Avenida Meridiana, N0 and N11 night bus. We are also about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the Ciutadella Park. There are supermarkets (Mercadona, capabro, Lidl, Sorli, the Mermaid), gyms, parlors, etc.. It's a nice area. Come to know us.
