It is located twenty minutes walk from the centre and with multiple public transport connections. Rental aimed at responsible, calm, employed, solvent, respectful of the care of the home and attentive to cleanliness. Smokers and pets are not allowed. The house has a calm atmosphere, teleworking is done several days a week. Expenses not included (approximately €50 per month). Available from January. The contract is formalised through an estate agent. Two months' deposit.
