The apartment is located on Ladeira do Seminário (the street where Miguel Torga lived), just a 15-minute walk from Campus 1 of the University of Coimbra. The beautiful botanical garden is 5 minutes away, on the way to the university. The apartment is home to only 3 female students at the university, who share an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave), a bathroom and a washing machine. The room has a bed, desk, bookshelf and wardrobe. It is well served by public transport and other services, such as a supermarket, pharmacy and shopping centre. Internet and water, electricity and gas bills are not included.
