The rooms are fully furnished, they have a double bed a sofa a big tv and sky box a double wardrobe a bedside cabinet a fridge and wireless internet.
The house is in a brilliant location 9 minutes walk to the universality, 5 minutes walk to the town center, 3 minutes walk to tesco supermarket and 4 minutes walk to the train and bus station.

The second is a double room the third is a single room for £45.
All bills included in the rent, there is wireless internet in all the rooms.
The rooms are fully furnished with central heating with constant supply of hot water. T

here is a big kitchen with a gas cooker a washing machine a toaster, kettle and a microwave there are 2 bathrooms in the house 1 with a bath and the other with a shower.

I am only looking for decent quite people if you are into parties or friends coming around then you are not suitable no smoking or pets of any kind.
