This modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 70m2 apartment is located in the heart of the 15th district, not far from UNESCO and the Eiffel Tower. With simple neutral designs, original hardwood floors throughout and modern appliances, this humble abode has everything to make your long-term rental comfortable. There is even a long balcony where you can view the top of the Eiffel Tower; a perfect way to wake up in the morning or end your day.The flat is quiet, with double glazed windows. The living room including all the bedrooms are equipped with a TV so whether you want to watch something together or in the privacy of your own room, you have options. Each bathroom has a shower and sink. Two of the bathrooms have a toilet and the third toilet is separated. In one of the bathrooms, you will also find the washer/dryer. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double size bed. The open kitchen has everything you need to make a simple breakfast or a lovely French dinner. It has all the modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave/oven, crockery & cutlery, fridge/freezer, etc. There is a round table to enjoy your delicious meals with a view of the city. This flat can happily accommodate up to five guests.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate. The 15th district is more of a residential area of Paris however there are plenty of cafes, public transport and even sight-seeing to do. The famous Cordon Bleu school as well as UNESCO are within reach. This neighborhood is quiet and more residental. Part of the borders of the 15th include the Champs de Mars (Eiffel Tower) and the Seine river. Some museums in the 15th include Musée Bourdelle, Musée de la Poste, Musée Jean Moulin – French Resistance and WWII are just to name a few. There are plenty of parks as well: Jardin Atlantique, Parc André Citroën, Parc Georges Brassens and Promenade de la Petite Ceinture. There is even a man-made island called Île aux Cygnes where you will find the famous replica of the Statue of Liberty.
