He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.Deposit Requirement:A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.Additional Charges:Unauthorized late check-out: €90.If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450.Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.Responsibilities and Guidelines:Do not leave keys on the door or inside.Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.Internet Etiquette:Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works.
