Seeking a quiet, SINGLE, considerate, reliable, responsible & independent, professional adult who has a verifiable JOB who works OUTSIDE of the home (not from HOME). I work remotely freelance from home p/t during normal 9-5 PST business hours. The unit includes a brand-new dishwasher in the kitchen (daily light cooking at reasonable hrs) & an all electric bldg (no gas). The building amenities include a year-round heated pool & laundry facilities. Must fill-out application with property mgmt & pass credit & background check, with proof of income in order to be approved OR willing to negotiate a shorter term month-to-month SUBLET agreement, as well.
