Housing Company Vantaan Safiiri was completed in 2017 in the Kivistö residential area, nearby to comprehensive services and the train station. Close by you will find several shops, a school, a daycare center, and the Kivis shopping center, which also includes a library and health services.
The housing company consists of two separate buildings connected by a parking garage and a shared courtyard above it. Shared facilities available to residents include storage rooms, outdoor equipment and stroller storage and a so-called city laundry with a drying cabinet. On the 3rd floor of the B staircase, there is a sauna section shared by the block. Parking spaces in the garage are available for rent separately.
All apartments have either a glazed balcony or a French balcony. The flooring in the apartments is laminate and the bathrooms are tiled. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The property is connected to the district heating network. The heating system is water-circulated radiator heating. The bathrooms have electric comfort floor heating from the apartment's electricity.
