A renovated studio in the prestigious Lapa, one of the city's most emblematic areas. Located just a few meters from the riverside and Santos area, it is strategically positioned to explore the charms of Lisbon.
Equipped with air conditioning, it provides comfort throughout the year, along with all modern amenities. For wine enthusiasts who cannot resist a good bottle of the famous national production, a wine fridge will be available to ensure the ideal temperature!

- Building
A compact studio, yet equipped with everything you need, located on the ground floor of a historic building in one of Lisbon's most historic, noble, and emblematic areas - Lapa, where a large number of palaces and embassies are located.
The studio has independent access to the street, and thus, please note that it opens directly onto the street.
Being a street with considerable movement and traffic, exterior noise is expected. However, both the door and the window are soundproofed to increase your comfort!
With heated floors, thermal insulation throughout the property, and air conditioning, thermal comfort is assured at any time of the year.
- Living Area
Comprising a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, TV, and Sound Bar, it is illuminated by the window and glass door. We emphasize that this is the only window in the apartment, so it is important to ventilate the studio frequently during your stay.
The living area is complemented by a dining table for two and a fully equipped kitchenette.
- Kitchenette
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, 4-burner electric stove, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and a wine cellar!
- Bathroom
It features an indoor bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washer-dryer.
- Sleeping Area
Adorned by a magnificent stone arch and tile, highlighting the architectural history of the building and the city of Lisbon, is the sleeping area (interior) with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and a wardrobe space, allowing you to store and organize your belongings.
You'll also find a comfortable and modern shower here.
To prevent moisture accumulation due to baths, a dehumidifier is located in this area (complemented by the air conditioning).

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11am.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ City Tax will be charged according to the law, for the first 7 nights.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
