As Oy Tampereen Sarvijaakonkatu 15-17 is located next to Kaleva’s good services. Prisma, shopping center Kale, swimming hall and many different gyms are just within walking distance. The transport connections are good since the tram is so near and with it you can easily get to the center and Hervanta. In this property we have two and three rooms apartments, and each apartment has its own sauna and balcony. A dishwasher can be acquired if not already installed. There’s also a playground for children in the courtyard of the house.
The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one calendar month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance.
The rent includes 10M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
