Hello! I am looking to rent out the other bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located in Woodside. As there are 2 bathrooms we won’t have to share! Apartment is fully renovated with new appliances and washer/dryer combo in unit. The bedroom will be unfurnished.Rent is $1,425/month + utilities (WiFi/electric/gas). A yearly lease term is required and two months rent are due at signing (first month/security deposit). Good financial standing necessary to be considered.I am a 35 year old working professional. When not working, I spend time with friends, exploring the city or hanging at home. I have a pet cat named Ben, so you must be accomodating.
