Rent 4 bedroom apartment in Chicago

Hi - I live in a four bedroom condo in Hyde Park. I am pretty laid back and live a fairly quiet existence. Looking for roommates that like a clean, relaxed space and are people that appreciate a calm and quiet space as much as I do. Located a couple blocks from the lake, right on the Jeffrey 6 Bus Line. The rooms are furnished with beds, dressers, chairs, and bookcases. There is a large living room and a separate dining room. There would be three people max living in the space, the fourth bedroom is an office. I have two people friendly cats, I can consider the right dog, but other cats probably wouldn't work out. I am LGBQTIA friendly. Don't mind male or female roommates as long as you are into a harmonious existence. I prefer roommates looking for a longer term rental but will consider shorter terms.
