Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

Hi all! My name is Briana and I have an extra bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. I am looking for a short term female or femme roommate. The apartment is in the middle of a couple neighborhoods but is technically located in Mt. Washington. Take a 10-15 minute walk up Figueroa to enjoy Highland Park. Other nearby neighborhoods include Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, and Montecito Heights. This includes parking though it's tandem so we may sometimes be shifting cars around. It's a semi-covered carport. Electronic gate. The apartment does not have central AC. There is a box AC in the living room but thankfully we are past the point in the season where this is an issue. You will have shared access to the kitchen which includes a dishwasher, stove/oven, and a few small appliances like airfryer and microwave. It also includes access to a shared bathroom. It's not very large but gets the job done! You can also use the shared living room and wifi. You will have full access to the room and the closet within the room. I would like to keep the bookshelf in there (though I will completely empty any existing items or books) and you are welcome to utilize the side table or little carpet or lamp. There's also some art on the wall. Happy to go completely bare or you are welcome to use some of those small furniture items during your stay. Please note, that I have 2 small dogs. You can see them in some of the photos. They are 15 and 13 respectively. I have had both since they were puppies. I love animals but cannot take on a roommate with an animal. The two I have fully eaten up the quota for pets. They are non-shedding, very very sweet, friendly, and chill. They do not bark very often at all and I've had other tenants be shocked that two dogs live here. I will not ask the roommate to do anything related to my dogs but I would like this person to like dogs. I may have to go out at times and cannot take them. It would be cool if this person would be okay letting them just hang out and walk around if they are at home for example but otherwise think of them as cute friendly bonuses. (I keep my dogs in a playpen in the living room when I am away) IMPORTANT: There is no elevator and I live up a short walk-up. It's not terrible but the stairway is narrow and larger moves can be an issue. If you have mobility issues, sadly this apartment is not for you. I would also say this may not be the best fit if you have a lot of larger items or furniture. I have moved every year for the last 4 years and anticipate yet another move so with as much empathy and respect as possible, please be prepared to "move in" on your own or bring in a friend or two to help. I cannot help with loading and unloading. Lastly, I'm happy to refrain from smoking during your stay i. e I will switch to a vape or smoke outside the home to respect your preferences. No cig smoking allowed. When you message me I will provide a video walkthrough of the room which gives you a better idea of the size and natural light received.
