Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Hillsboro

Our apartment is a 3 bed, 2 bath on the second story of our building. The living room is spacious, and there's an attached porch. We have a stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an in-house washer and dryer set. We're both on the autism spectrum and need a roommate who consistently cleans after themself. We would also be most comfortable with a female and/or queer roommate. We are fine with one pet (as long as it's well-trained and not destructive), and the additional pet rent would only be $17.50 per month. There is street parking, but it can be difficult to find a spot in the evening - covered reserved spots are available to rent for extra.The room that's becoming available is currently very messy, so we unfortunately lack pictures. On the floorplan, it's the room on the right closest to the deck. We're happy to give a tour if you're genuinely interested and you seem like a good fit.Utilities are unfortunately separate. Internet is about $25 a month (per person), and other utilities are typically around $150 (per person).Finally, our lease is up in February, so we need a third for at least these next few months. If things go well, we'd be happy to sign for another year with you included.
