55 year old male near 5th St. and Thomas is seeking roommate (male or female) (Please be gay-friendly) in 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Deposit is $800 and rent is $500 per month, all utilities included (internet and cable is separate to be paid by renter). I do not drink, smoke, nor do drugs and am seeking the same in a roommate (social drinking is ok). The bedroom is large. There is lots of shelf space in kitchen. I will have my own refrigerator so roommate would get to use the one in the kitchen all to themselves. Roommate would also have their own bathroom. Laundry room in building on premises is available. The unit is by bus stop and close to light rail on Thomas and Central. Trained cat that is at least one year old is ok. Lease will be 31 days month to month.
