This 14-day cleaning interval is mandatory and is charged at an additional € 50.00 per cleaning. Cleaning is done once for stays of one month. Individual cleaning intervals can be discussed with pleasure. At the end of your stay, a final cleaning of the apartment will be carried out, which will be charged at € 170.00.There is also the possibility to park in the underground car park. The monthly flat rate for parking is € 250.00.A laundry room with a washing machine (€ 3.00 / wash) and dryer (€ 1.00 / drying) is available to our guests.On arrival you will receive a welcome gift with a voucher for 3 washing cycles, 10 capsules for the coffee machine in your apartment, 1 filling of drinks in the refrigerator, 1 tea towel, 1 bottle of washing-up liquid, 2 breakfast vouchers and a city map.These are sample images.
