Me and the roomies are looking for a new roomie to add to our lovely home (4b2.5b)for sept1😊We are looking for a single person, professional person who preferably doesn't WFH but not apposedWe are 3 girls currently we are open for another girl and or male. *we have plenty of room in the home w/ TWO Livingrooms! 😳*TWO fridges *washer & dryer in the home*we have central AC/Heater *$1,150 (utilities included +wifi )*bbq/swing daybed, in the backyard to have get togethers or just chill w/a movie outdoors (we got a projector)*fruit trees guavas, apples! And soon nectarines, persimmons, and limes! *plenty of street parking right in front of the house! *quite considerate roommates, who socialize with you if that's your vibe! 😊*room is unfurnished/furnished if needed. 11x10*unfortunately no more animals/pets due to my ESA cat having full roam of the home (except your room)*super central. Everything worth anything in SD to do is within 10-20 minutes away. Hillcrest, PB MB, Northpark, Downtown, military bases.*4 minutes to the mall!
