My roommate and I (ages 26) are looking for a third male, age 21-30, to share a newly constructed townhouse we just moved into. Your bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. Laundry in the townhouse. All furnished except for your room. My roommate is out of the house during working hours, and I am currently a student. The property has a lot to offer including free social classes to meet other residents and a pool/fitness center/yoga studio/business center is opening on site soon.
