Rent 5 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Hey everyone, I’m subletting my room at The Rive starting from January 2025. The lease will be available from January until the end of the contract (31th July), but you can extend the lease!I am an exchange student for the Fall Semester so I’ll be moving out of the apartment and looking for a male to take over my spot. The unit is a shared, fully furnished bedroom with a 20 year old, very cool guy. The other 3 guys in the apartment became really good friends of mine and who I will personally miss very much. The total rent, which includes all amenities is about $920 which is really really cheap and all these rooms are already rented out!Here are a few more info:Location:• One of the best complexes near SDSU (walking distance from campus - around 20 minutes)• safe area so you can really walk the distance, I personally do that a lot• Free shuttles every 15-30 minutes to SDSU• Extremely close to bus stops that could take you everywhere in San Diego (Downtown etc.)The Unit:• Spacious 4th-floor unit in an almost all student housing. (4th-floor is the very top so it’s very quiet)• 4 all male roommates between 20-23 who are really cool, clean (!!) and enjoy spending time together.
