Rent 3 bedroom house in Parkrose

Open concept living space. Rent with utilities is $950. Plus $150 security deposit ($50 non refundable) and last month rent $950. (With 6 month lease I'll accept payments to cover last month rent with good background and income check) My home has 2 living spaces . Renter will be in 1/2 of the house with private living room 15X14 with massage recliner, couch & rocker chair, TV , DVD, VCR, private bathroom with linens supplied (only used as needed for toilet). Bedroom unfurnished ( I have some bedroom furniture available to use) is with 70"X23" closet, north facing with view of front approach of the home, flower beds and grapevine. The kitchen has all the amenities, open cabinet space for renter, gas range, gas on demand water heater, gas heat, no air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Utilities included.I have a covered patio with propane grill and electric grill for use. Laundry access is from the patio. I have an organic yard of fruit trees, berries, garden veggies & grapes. My home is on a flag lot sent back from the street with parking in front of garage. I have a Ring alarm system in the front. I've not had any issues with strangers coming down my driveway, it's very quiet and safe. The main street nearby is NE Halsey St with many restaurants and shopping (Winco, Fred Meyers, BiMart) Trimet Gateway Transit is 13 blocks away with bus service 1/2 block away. There are school yards and a park nearby for walking. I'm easy going, retired and spend most my time in my room with my TV. I have no pets and don't want any four legged critters to clean up after. Small birds ( no loud parrots) and fish or aquarium pets are ok. Must likely we will only see each other in the kitchen in passing or cooking. Over night guests are limited and I'd like to know when others are in the home. Courtesy and respect for each other and the needs of the home. I'm not a clean freak but I definitely like the home tidy. I'm not going to mind if it takes a little bit to get dishes out of the sink and into the dishwasher. I'll provide the dish soap, garage bags. I don't care for any drama , I'm not looking for companionship or social co mingling. I'd like a woman but will consider men that respect women and boundaries. I require a background check and have a site I post in that provides all the forms and background check.
