Rent a room in Berkeley

Single bedroom with private bathroom and parking spot. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. House is made up of 4 other singles, 1 male and 3 females.. Shared kitchen and living room downstairs. My roommates like to do weekly movie nights and we usually hangout a bit on the weekends. We like to have fun parties for the holidays. There are two cats. House is about 3 blocks from the south west corner of campus and about 10-15 minute to Sather Gate. One block from Shattuck. Neighbors are all other students. Ideal for Cal student.
