Amenities include laundry, Garage, fireplace, carpeted floors, vaulted ceilings, multiple spacious living rooms. Location near Marksheffel and Bradley in the Colorado Centre Subdivision. I have a small Bedroom available at this time. Includes wireless high-speed internet. Rent is $650 plus share 1/4 Utilities (water, gas, and electric). I will also have a 1/3 finished Basement Room come open in about one weeks. Rent is $750 plus Utilities. No smoking in house and small to medium pets considered, please.
