Rent a room in Denver

Female tenants preferred. Furnished basement room with wall mounted TV. Share adjacent bathroom with the female tenant living in the other basement room. Washer and dryer down there as well. No pets, no smoking/vaping, no male guests, and no overnight guests. We have a developmentally disabled adult daughter and do not want male guests at the house. Kitchen and backyard patio accessible to tenants.
