The room that is to be rented out it is small, but furnished (tenant must provide their own sheets, blankets, and pillows. Tenants will have some kitchen, laundry, living room, and internet privileges, no cable, the bathroom is shared meaning when guest come over that is the bathroom they will be using. We do NOT drink alcoholic beverages nor smoke in or on OUR premises. It is a quiet mobile home neighborhood. The yard is very small. A double covered parking space only for one extra vehicle.
