Small Room in penthouse condo close to DTC and Cherry Creek. Just looking for a roommate for a year or less. Recently renovated living room and bathroom. I am a finance professional who also makes candles for business so sometimes do have equipment out. There is a private 1/2 bathroom however the shower is shared so cleanliness will be important. Unit does have own washer and dryer. I ask that you respect the space . The room is directly connected to the balcony so if you do smoke please do so outside not inside the unit.
