Rent 3 bedroom house in Pomona

Small room with small balcony. Shared bathroom, access to kitchen. Utilities included. Room furnished. Its an old house built in the 1900s, so when its hot, its hot and when its cold its cold. Room has a window AC. We are currently looking for female who is single who has no visitors, no kids and no pets. We are very private and respectful people. We have separate rooms that are detached from the main house and those tenants have been here for 7+ years so we are like family. We respect each others space but are always here for eacher when needed. We usually are only home too eat, shower and sleep as we work alot.
