Rent 4 bedroom house in Vista

Hey there! I live in a 2500sqft house in Vista with 4 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 bath. Large common areas with 3 total balconies(one being private). I(Primary Renter) have the Primary suite and I have a couple who rents out 2 bedrooms on the opposing side of the house.NO KIDS- We will not consider ANY CHILD for our home under any circumstances. We are not a child appropriate home and will not adjust to be so.NO PETS- Unfortunately we cannot house anymore animals at the moment as we are at our limit. Reptile and Aquatic Animals welcome.Rent Includes- Landscaping Maintenance, Water, Electric, Gas, Internet, Trash, Sewage.The small bedroom available does have to share the upstairs bathroom/shower with our tenant couple, but there is a bathroom available downstairs as well, and Primary Bedroom(mine) has it's own. It has access to a cute little deck that isn't being utilized by anyone in the house, so it's a great opportunity for your own little out door zen space. We will be repainting the room to white before move in and you are welcome to come in early to paint it whatever you'd like. The space is pictured with a large 6 drawer dresser and a queen sized bed. Bed can be used/taken but needs a mattress topper as its pretty firm/old.This is an OLD house so not super updated but has great charm. We have parking for up to 9 vehicles which makes for great get togethers and social situations which we do from time to time.We're all full time working professionals with variating schedules. We all utilize the kitchen frequently so maintaining the kitchen space IS A MUST. We understand having days to veg out and be a piece of shit until the next day so we're not crazy about it but leaving the kitchen and common areas clean for the next person is expected. We have a few box turtles, geckos, snakes, and 2 dogs. Both our dogs are fairly quiet and cozy with just our youngest likes to bark when people come in the door before she gets pets.We're close to Brengle Terrace Park where there's tennis and basketball courts along with a botanical garden(that throws many little festivals), an 18 hole disc golf course, and North County's best outdoor theater. We're also on a very private drive with no through street so quiet and easy going.We're LGBTQ+ 420 Friendly, clean, love animals.
