Rent a room in Livermore

I currently have 2 upstairs small bedrooms for rent in my 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Livermore CA. Rent is $800 with s $800 deposit total move in would be $1600 cash only. Utilities are included with rent. Rooms come furnished with a twin bed dresser drawers plus a small mini fridge and microwave. I do have 3 small animals and 2 cats. They are extremely friendly do you most be ok living around animals. No smoking allowed. I do have ont assigned parking space that is available. You would have free access to my kitchen and laundry room. No overnight guests. I’m open to short or long term renters. You most be working full time outside the home. Have at least 2 professional references. No couples and no pets too. I’m the owner Cherie please
