Rent a room in Paradise

I travel between California and Nevada for work. I am looking for a (working professional/student female) roommate for 6- 12 months. I apologize, I am not looking for couples or pets. JUST ONE INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN PAY RENT ELECTRONICALLY ON TIME AND RESPECT ME. It is a fully gated community located off 215 Highway off of Jones and Arby (12-15 mins from the strip). It has access to a private bedroom (you can choose the one you like) and a private bathroom. You will have the $220 HOA covered, free wifi ($80 covered), washer/dryer included, one parking space (garage), shared kitchen, living room, and a community swimming pool (opened March-October). I will cover all gas, water, electricity, and garbage bills. I will provide a second fridge, an electric fan, and a heater. *If you don't like the existing furniture in your room we can sell and get rid of it so that you can create your space to your liking! *Must communicate, if something is broken I will get it fixed or call someone to fix it!
