We would share the other spaces other than bedroom and bathroom. You must keep things clean and quiet at a reasonable hour. I am a high school teacher and I wake up at 4 a. m during the weekdays, but I am mindful of being quiet. It is required that you have a good credit score of 700 to qualify and are able to pay the first and last month that totals $2200, upon agreement to move in. Monthly payment is $1,100 total. The property is in a calm neighborhood, amenities include pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, walking trails, volleyball courts, and golf course. The room is a private suite that includes bathroom, and linen closet; with a pocket door for extra privacy to separate your suite from the rest of the condo. Your space will be partial furnished with a bed a desk with drawers. I've been here 2 1/2 years and love the place because it is very big and allows for both occupants to have extreme privacy.This is nearby Publix and the location is ideal to get on the highway and 15 minutes from the beach.
