My husband and I live in a quiet sought after area on the outskirts of Reading. Our home offers a guest double bedroom with TV and wi-fi. The sole use of a bathroom with over-bath shower. Outside there is a patio area with an enclosed garden and lawn enjoyed by our grandchildren when they come to visit. We have enjoyed hosting students of different nationalities over many years.A twenty minute bus journey (No21) travels through the university campus before arriving at the town centre. A ten minute walk through a small park will take you to our local supermarket and leisure centre.Kitchen available for making tea and coffee and use of the microwave.
