Rent a room in Beverly Hills

Looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom of our 3 bedroom / 3 bath apartment in Pico Robertson. Bedroom is spacious and has private bathroom, 2 closets and a private outdoor patio space. Apartment has additional large outdoor patio space. Rent is $1,500 per month plus 1/3 of electricity & internet bills(approx $30 a month). 10/15 target move but are flexible around exact move in date.Roommate criteria: Must be tidy, no pets, meet property management criteria(you will need to submit rental application) open to males and females2 current roommates are 26 year old males(picture included). Social but like to keep our home a clean and quiet space. We are very active and love the outdoors, live music, cooking/trying new restaurants, and sports.
