Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Portland

Housing AdSpacious private room with closet, connected balcony access, and shared living area 12 mins from Downtown (by car) or 25 mins (bus #17) or 25-30 mins (biking). Available mid-September. Apartment is located in Reed (near Reed College) and is a spacious 2-bedroom with bathroom and toilet separated on both sides of the same hallway (easy for both occupants to use concurrently). Room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Kitchen is roomy and equipped with a full stove and plenty storage. Looking for a 1-year lease that can be renewed. I've already lived in the apartment for a year. Rent is $873 and utilities (internet & electricity) range from $60-$100 per person (lower in summer, higher in winter). Sewer, trash, and water are billed separately in addition to rent Parking is free but a permit is required from the leasing office. Community laundry is available at four locations throughout the complex. You would complete a rental application to join the lease ($40-$50).I work remotely and am a PhD student. I'm neat, have one cat, and can be social or keep to myself to respect your space. Pets are welcome and I'm open to having occasional guests over. A fellow young professional or graduate student is preferable, but I'm open to anyone as long as we maintain a harmonious environment.
