Rent 3 bedroom house in Pittsburg

Spacious room - mostly furnished. 198 square feet. Would be willing to take in a couple for $1500/month. Also willing to go on a month-to-month basis. I need to get a queen-sized mattress still. Includes 4-poster bed frame, 2 nightstands + lights, ceiling fan, 2 closets, dresser, makeup vanity, full-length mirror. We can discuss other amenities you might require for the room. Shared bathroom (with the other roommate- I have my own bathroom) & kitchen. Laundry, internet, utilities included. The 2-story home has plenty of parking, modest backyard, large living room/tv. There is a shared newly remodeled shared kitchen with a separate kitchenette area for roommate food/cookware storage. Some roommate cookware is included due to dietary restrictions & not being able to fully share cookware. The home is a 5-minute drive from Pittsburg-Bay Point BART & freeway access. Must love animals as I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. My roommate also has an old pup, but she mostly stays in his room with him. For that reason, as much as I love little furballs, we’re pretty tapped out! Can’t take in anymore.Both roommates are chill except for the occasional rough housing with the dogs =}. I love keeping a clean house and expect any roommate to keep their area clean.About me: Hullo! Mostly just plays video games and keeps to himself with his senior shitzu in the garage. Trying to find 2 more roommates for my 2 extra rooms upstairs. My dogs are awesome. Alma, my 90-lb Pyrenees gal, is a little suspicious at first. She might be sketchy of you for a few days. But after she warms up, she will adore you. Zelda, my lil chihuahua mix, will warm up to you the second she knows she can get some pets from you. I’ve been living in Pittsburg for a bit over a year now. I enjoy yoga, traveling, camping, hiking, dancing, photography, hanging out with my dogs, board games, the occasional video game, & more. I don’t smoke 🍁 but don’t mind if you do it outside. No 🚬 smokers please. I rarely party, but I have recently been in hibernation/recharge mode the last 6 months. If I party, it’s usually not at the house 😂 I definitely don’t mind if you have the occasional shindig at the castle. I do not often get enough use out of hosting at my house. Room available now! =}
