52 Sunderland Road is excellently located, being a ten to fifteen minute walk from the Student Union and Market Square. It is also 10 minutes walk to Tesco extra (or you can jump on a bus just next to the house) and almost opposite Sainsbury Local. The house is also set off the main road providing quiet and privacy in a very nice area of Gilesgate.

£80.00 per person, per week for double bedrooms and £50.00 for the single room (inclusive of broadband).

A bills included package is available at £97.00 per person per week for double bedrooms and £67.00 for the single bedroom (inclusive of all bills; broadband, water, gas and electricity). I am also happy to rent this as a four double bedroomed house.
