Bedford Street South consists of 32 self contained flats, these are a mixture of both 1 and 2 bedroom flats.

The flats are all let on a 45 week tenancy agreement commencing on 6th September 2013 and ending on 18th July 2014.

ALL 2 bed flats have 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. (Please note we do not have any 2 bed flats with 2 double rooms).

The flats are ideally located to Liverpool City Centre, transport links, Univeristy Of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moore's and Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.

The flats are ideally suited for 2nd, 3rd and post graduate students or young professionals.

A deposit of £650 is required, this is for the flat not per person. (All deposits are paid into the Deposit Protection Service).
The deposit is required to be paid at the time of application.

Rent is inclusive of the following utility bills, internet and contents insurance (under a fair usage policy).

Breakdown of fair usage policy for a 2 bedroom flat is detailed below, if the fair usage policy is abused then you would be charged for anything above the stated fair use policy.

Electricity = £60 pcm
Water = £30 pcm
Broadband/Internet = £30 pcm

Rent can be paid monthly or in 4 instalments, the option to pay in full is available and you can qualify for a discount.

Parking
Bedford Street South has it's own car park, spaces are limited. Parking is not included in the rent.
